Introduction

The Referral Program (“Program”) allows you (“Referrer”) to earn rewards by referring friends, family, or others (“Referred Users”) to use our services. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may apply to your use of our services. If you do not agree to these terms, you cannot participate in the referral program.

Eligibility

• The Program is open to existing users of the International Drivers Association who have an active account in good standing and non-users who signed up through the Referral landing page.
• Affiliates and influencers working with IDA are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Users must be new customers who have not previously registered with International Drivers Association.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must comply with these terms and any applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• The Program is void where prohibited by law.

International Drivers Association reserves the right to determine your eligibility for the referral program at our sole discretion and to terminate or suspend your participation at any time for any reason.

How the Program Works

Sharing Your Referral Link:

• Referrers will receive a unique referral link available on their dashboard.
• This link can be shared via social media, email, or other personal communication channels.
• The Referred User uses your valid referral link or code to complete a purchase from International Drivers Association.

Referred User Actions:

• Referred Users must click the referral link, complete a qualifying action (making a purchase or subscribing to an international driving permit plan including providing a payment method if required) and verify their email address.
• Referred User is a new user who has never purchased an international driving permit and who is not an employee or contractor of International Drivers Association.

Rewards for Referrers:

• Referrers will earn $5 for each successful referral that meets the qualifying action requirements.
• Additional bonuses may apply for milestone achievements (e.g., $5 bonus for 5 successful referrals).

Limitations:

• Referrers can earn rewards for up to $400 for 50 successful referrals per calendar year.
• Referred Users cannot use multiple referral links or combine referrals with other promotional offers.
• Our Referral Program may cap the number of referrals in a given time (for example, 10 per year).
• If you are part of our affiliate program or have an existing influencer partnership with IDA, you cannot participate in the referral program.

Qualifying Actions

To qualify for a reward:

• The Referred User must complete a purchase using the Referrer’s unique link.
• Canceled or refunded transactions are not eligible for rewards.

Rewards, Distribution and Payout

• Rewards will be credited to the Referrer’s user dashboard within 30 days after the Referred User completes the qualifying action.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for vouchers unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses for milestones or promotions will be credited separately and are subject to their own terms.
• Reward can be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as expiration dates, limitations, or exclusions.
• If we identify that a referred user is linked to an existing affiliate or influencer account, the referral will not be rewarded.
• International Drivers Association reserves the right to revoke or cancel at our sole discretion, for example, for fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.

Minimum Payout Balance

• Due to transfer fees, processing payouts will require that a referrer accumulate a minimum of $25 in referral earnings.
• The $25 minimum payout threshold applies to all available payout methods, including PayPal, direct deposit, wire transfer, and local banks.
• If the user’s referral balance does not reach $25 in a given month, the balance will automatically roll over to the following month until the minimum payout threshold is met.

Payout Schedule

• Users will receive payments on or around the 5th of each month, provided their referral balance equals or exceeds $25 and is in payable status. If the 5th falls on a weekend, payments will be processed on the next business day.
• Payout processing typically takes three (3) business days at the start of the new month. Once processed, an invoice will be emailed to the user, followed by a payout within five (5) business days.
• In the case of concerns or adjustments related to commission rates, the payout schedule may be modified.

Reversals

• Referred users who are issued a refund within the first 30 days of purchase will result in the deduction of the corresponding reward from the Referrer’s earnings.
• Referred users found to have engaged in fraudulent activity (e.g., providing false information, using fake or stolen credit cards) will be reversed, and any associated rewards will be deducted.
• Referred users who initiate a credit card chargeback will also result in a reversal of the corresponding reward.

Available payout methods include:

• Direct Deposit
• Wire Transfer
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer
• Wise Transfer

Referrer Responsibilities

• Users, “Referrers”, are responsible for any fees, taxes, exchange rates, surcharges, and other expenses incurred to receive their commissions.
• Payout terms and conditions apply, and users are encouraged to review these details in their account settings.

Fraud Prevention

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program (e.g., creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or using bots) will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
• International Drivers Association reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Changes to the Program

International Drivers Association reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Change reward structures, eligibility criteria, or other aspects of the Program at its sole discretion.

Liability

• International Drivers Association is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect referral link usage or delays in reward processing due to technical errors or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants agree to hold International Drivers Association harmless from any liability arising from their participation in the Program.

Privacy

• By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your personal information and referral activity will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved in accordance with the International Drivers Association Terms of Service and governed by the laws of The United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
